Cancellation Policy
Your well being is very important to me and I understand the unexpected happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
I have a 50% deposit. This reserves your appointment and any remaining balance is due at the end of service(s).
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-show.
If you are more than 20 minutes late and I don't hear from you it will be considered a no-show, and will be charged 100% of the service (s) scheduled. Also if you are more than 20 minutes late I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply and I will do the best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient for both.
If you need to cancel your appointment I respectfully request 72h hrs notice. Any cancellations done before this will receive a credit towards new appointment as long as it's rescheduled. Any cancellations done after time frame or Not rescheduled will result in lose of deposit. Same day cancellation will be considered a no-show and be charged according.
